have a credit card ? |

have a Credit Card. You
can pay by Money Order,
Bank Cheque or Personal

Orders paid by personal checks will need to clear our Bank

All payments must be in Australian Dollars only.
Shipping for
international orders outside of Australia are non-refundable
for returns, unless we make a mistake.
We do not guarantee delivery of uninsured & unregistered packages for
orders outside Australia and once your order is
shipped it becomes your responsibility. If you want your package to be
registered and/or insured, please let us know
with your order and we can add insurance and
registration for you at an additional fee.
Note: Orders shipped outside
of Australia may be subject to Customs Duties
and Taxes of
your local authorities. These fees,
if any, will not be shown on your invoice and
are entirely the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Goods exported Internationally from
Australia are exempt of any Australian Taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card orders if the address or credit information looks suspicious. |

STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia)
Shipping cost will depend on package
weight and your location. Delivery
time via Australia Post is normally 1 - 4 business days
within Australia but we cannot guarantee delivery time.
Shipping costs are not refundable for returns.
EXPRESS POST (Australia)
Overnight to most cities in Australia, or two day to
some Country areas, with
Australia Post "Express Post", but we cannot guarantee delivery time.
Shipping costs
will depend on package weight and your location. Express Mail
costs are not refundable for returns, unless we make a mistake.
INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL
Delivery time by Air Parcel Post should
take approximately 5 to 10 business days
to most Countries around the World.

Returns / Refunds |
| We will
accept the return of items for change of mind, but only if unused and within
7 days of delivery. Returns can be for store credit
or exchange, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Special order Items will not be accepted for change of mind return.
This
is in addition to your rights under the Trade Practices Act to the remedy of
defective goods or goods that are not as described on our web site. The
7 days change of mind policy does not apply to returns under the Trade
Practices Act.
To make a return within the allowed
7 days for Change of Mind:
First, email us at
sales@hobbysupplies.com.au
to make sure we agree that your item is returnable. This is also to let us
know to watch for your return in the mail. No returns can be accepted unless
you email us first and we agree to accept the return.
In your email, also tell us
whether you want a store credit or exchange.
Shipping cost of the
returned items is the responsibility of the customer. You should also ask the
post office for a delivery confirmation label. If we
don't receive the goods, we can't offer the refund,
so its definitely a good idea to use delivery confirmation.
