Our CNC billet machined aluminium Super Muffler is light weight, strong and lowers noise levels on nitro tuned pipes under the AMPBA 90db noise limit.

Our unique internal muffler design eliminates the use of fibre material so there's no need to continually dismantle the muffler for cleaning or fibre material replacement.  The CNC machined end bell is a snug fit into the main body to eliminate leakage and attached with three S/S SHCS, but can be dismantled if required. 

Muffler inlet sizes to suit .67 to 1.0 Glow engines and 23 to 35cc Gasoline engines. 

Please specify the required muffler inlet size when ordering as they are custom bored from CNC machined blanks with inlet I.D. from 11.5 mm to 14.0 mm

Our CNC Machined 1/4" Brass Threaded Ferrule to 1/4" Stainless Steel stub shaft incorporates a precision threads that allows the ferrule to run perfectly true and central.  The brass ferrule has a wall machined between the thread and where the flex shaft is soldered to eliminate solder filling the thread which enables a better solder joint.

Engine rotation will automatically tighten the ferrule thread so you can forget about those fiddly grub screws loosening or stripping forever.  A thin jam nut is used for extra security so the ferrule will never come loose.  Assembly includes 1/4" to 1/4" Brass Threaded Ferrule, Stainless Steel Jam Nut and extra long 6" Stainless Steel Stub Shaft with thread one end.
